1. Carbohydrate Breath Testing
Used to detect dietary intolerances and Small Intestinal Bacterial
Overgrowth (SIBO).

2. Oesophageal Function Studies
Specialised physiology testing to evaluate swallowing disorders and severe
acid reflux.
• Oesophageal Manometry: Measures the strength and muscle coordination of your oesophagus as you swallow. Done awake without sedation (takes approximately 1 hour; patients are safe to drive home).
• 24-Hour pH Study:Measures acid levels over a full day using a small, comfortable tube passed through the nose to identify exact reflux triggers.
• Impedance Testing:Tracks both acidic and non-acidic fluid movement in the esophagus.
3. Capsule Endoscopy
A minimally invasive procedure where the patient swallows a small, pill-sized wireless camera to take high-quality images of the small intestine.
