Dr Phil Ha
Dr Phil Ha is a dedicated gastroenterologist and hepatologist committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care. Graduating with First Class Honours from Monash University, Phil completed his Physician Training at Monash Health. He subsequently undertook advanced training in inflammatory bowel disease, followed by a prestigious Clinical Fellowship in Hepatology and Liver Transplantation at the Royal Free Hospital in London.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours), during which he pioneered telemonitoring and telemedicine for outpatients with chronic liver disease. His dedication to clinical excellence has been recognised with multiple accolades, including the John Flynn Scholarship and the John Burgess Prize at Monash Health. He remains actively involved in research with publications in prominent national and international journals, and plays a highly active role in teaching basic physician trainees and gastroenterology advanced trainees. Dedicated to collaborative care, Phil prioritises clear, timely communication with referring practitioners and warmly welcomes phone calls from GPs. He is currently accepting new referrals, offering both face-to-face and telehealth consultations, and strives to accommodate urgent referrals whenever possible.

Accessible Care: He is currently accepting new referrals and offers both face-to-face and telehealth consultations to ensure ongoing care is as convenient and accessible as possible for his patients.
Urgent Access: Phil understands the importance of timely intervention and strives to accommodate urgent referrals for consultations and procedures whenever possible.
